ORDER HELP
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with details. If you have any issues, please contact us with your name and order number via our email: sales@continentaltextiles.co.uk
What do I do if I don't receive my order?
If you believe that your order is lost or you feel that the delivery is delayed beyond our estimated shipping time, please contact us by email quoting your order number: sales@continentaltextiles.co.uk
What do i do if my order is faulty?
If you believe that any item received is faulty or damaged, please contact us via immediately on receipt of the goods on email sales@continentaltextiles.co.uk .
Please do this as soon as possible, quoting your name and order number before returning goods.
We will advise on what to do / how to return the goods. Once returned, our team will inspect the items and if deemed faulty, we will refund or exchange you in full.
I haven't received an order confirmation
If you haven't received an Order Confirmation within a few hours of placing your order - please check your JUNK folder on the email address you supplied. If it's still not been found - please contact us with your name, order number (if you have this) and correct email and we will resend your confirmation -sales@continentaltextiles.co.uk
PAYMENT
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay for your
Continental Textiles order via all major credit or debit cards. Alternatively, we accept
PayPal and Google Pay. If you have an account with us - you can also checkout clicking 'pay later' and we will call to arrange the details. All transactions are encrypted.
Do you offer discounts?
As we are a wholesale company all our prices are based on bulk buying so are as low as we can offer - so unfortunately we do not offer any further discounts. We do sometimes have sale items - allowing your margin to increase but they go quick!
DELIVERY
How much is delivery to the Mainland UK?
We offer delivery free to the UK Mainland for all orders over £400.
If your order is under that we charge a fee of £20 for the UK Mainland.
Please note we have a minimum order of £300.
How much is delivery to other areas of the UK?
If your delivery address is not UK mainland, we still offer free delivery if your order is over £400.
If it is under £400 delivery is £40.
Isle of Wight (PO30 - PO41 postcodes)
Northern Ireland (BT postcode)£40
Channel Islands (GY, JE postcodes)£40
Scottish Highlands & Islands (KW, ZE, HS, IV, PA41-PA78 postcodes)£40

Please note our minimum order value is £300.
How much is delivery outside of the UK?
All carriage costs depend on the amount you spend and timings are subject to change and larger orders may incur extra costs.
All duty is to be paid by the customer.
Please place your order online and pay and we will contact you with exact shipping costs or process the order online by pressing the ‘SAVE & PAY LATER’ button on the cart page and we will contact you with a shipping cost so you can pay all together.

I can't sign in to my account
If you receive a message to say your email or password isn’t recognised, click ‘Forgotten password’, follow the steps, then we will send you an email to reset your password.
Please ensure you enter the email address associated with your Continental account.
If it isn't recognised since we launched our new site you may not have activated your account so you will have to set up a new account.
